Bought inside skirt steak at safeway for fajitas, cooked it the usual way, but it ended up way too tough. And new steaming-tortillas-in-a-foil-pouch technique resulted in soggier tortillas than I wanted.
Made dinner tonight, Chicken Fried steak, but I skipped the buttermilk dredging. Came out a little drier, as expected, but still tasty. And less messy to make.
Sure, it's 2010, but I hear this LiveJournal thing is really hot and, you know, better late than never.
